A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may require prepayment for future bookings. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
